Abstract

Настоящата публикация е развита в две взаимосвързани части и има за основен фокус анализ и изследване на процесите на българския пазар, които протичат в създалата се извънредна ситуация вследствие на пандемичната обстановка, от COVID-19. В настоящата първа част се прави опит за системен анализ на действащия национален план за заетост, неговите приоритети и необходимост от промяна в условията на критична ситуация.
