Abstract

Настоящата статия предлага екстензивен преглед на научната литература, който изяснява концептуалната рамка на понятието абсорбционен капацитет на макроравнище. Проучването на абсорбционния капацитет на България, по отношение на научноизследователската и развойната дейност има за цел да открои заложените национални стратегически цели по отношение на НИРД и степента, в която са постигнати през разглеждания период. Разглежда приоритетите на европейската политика в областта на науката и иновациите и как България може да се възползва от текущата многогодишна финансова рамка. Всички тези въпроси имат пряко отношение към текущия абсорбционен капацитет на страната и възможностите за повишаването му, превръщайки страната в атрактивна локация за привличане на високотехнологични ТНК и ТНК, чиято дейност има висока добавена стойност.
