Междуотраслови Различия И Неравенство В Заплатите В Българската Икономика: Роля На Предприятията Под Чуждестранен Контрол

Abstract

Статията изследва междуотрасловите различия и неравенството в работните заплати в България в периода 2008-2021 г., като прави разграничение между предприятията под чуждестранен контрол и местните фирми от нефинансовия сектор. За изчисляването на междуотрасловото неравенство в заплатите общо за нефинансовите предприятия, както и отделно за двата вида фирми, е използван междугруповият компонент на индекса на Тейл. Подобен подход позволява да се установи доколко чуждестранните филиали стоят зад динамиката на общото междуотраслово неравенство в трудовите доходи, както и да се изолира приносът на всеки отрасъл към тази тенденция. Резултатите показват, че междуотрасловото неравенство в заплатите в предприятията под чуждестранен контрол е по-високо от това в местните фирми. Същевременно обаче, докато междуотрасловото неравенство във възнагражденията в чуждестранните филиали показва значителни колебания във времето, при местните фирми е налице преобладаващо възходяща тенденция
