Abstract

В съвременната динамично променяща се социално-икономическа среда, за която е характерен и значителен технологичен прогрес, понятието енергийна сигурност придобива ново, по-широко значение. Повечето автори, занимаващи се с въпроса за енергийната сигурност, разкриват нейните различни аспекти, като същевременно се противопоставят на конкуриращи се концепции. Липсва единодушие сред изследователите по отношение на теоретичната рамка или компонентите на понятието за енергийна сигурност – въпросът за разнообразието на гледните точки обаче е доста типичен за социалните науки и не трябва да се приема негативно. Въпреки това, и може би противно на определението за богатство, експертите в областта на енергийната политика непрекъснато подчертават необходимостта и спешността от започване на работа по концептуализиране на енергийната сигурност. Целта на статията е да се направи преглед на концепцията за енергийна сигурност в контекста на съвременните тенденции и проблеми в развитието на енергийния сектор въз основа на преглед на научната литература
