Особености На Бизнес Средата В Контекста На Индустрия 4.0

Abstract

Съвременните бизнес организации оперират в изключително комплексна и бързо променяща се бизнес среда. Сред причините за динамиката на промените в съвременната заобикаляща среда са бързият технологичен прогрес, процесите на глобализация на бизнеса, промените в изискванията на потребителите и др. Четвъртата индустриална революция и масовото прилагане на свързаните с нея технологии във всички аспекти от живота ни в комбинация с пандемията от COVID-19 значително засили всички тези процеси, изменяйки важни фактори на заобикалящата бизнес среда и поставяйки нови изисквания и предизвикателства пред бизнес организациите. В тази връзка, в настоящата статия се разглеждат основните групи макрофактори на околната среда на бизнес организациите, анализират се някои промени в тях и някои нови изисквания, породени от влиянието на Индустрия 4.0, които съвременните бизнес организации следва да отчитат в процеса на стратегическо бизнес планиране.
