Abstract

Европейската агенция за отбрана е ключовата институция на Европейския съюз в прилагането на мерки за осигуряване на ресурси за общата политика за сигурност и отбрана. Агенцията си постави цели в областта на разработването на военна ресурсна база, отбранителни изследвания и разработки, проекти за общоевропейско сътрудничество за въоръжение, укрепване на индустриалната и технологична база и като основна насока - създаване на общ конкурентен пазар на военни продукти и продукти с двойна употреба. През последните години агенцията успя да стартира и частично реализира редица общоевропейски проекти, насочени към опростяване на хармонизирането на стандартите и достъпността на пазарите на отбранителната промишленост за европейските производители.
