Съвременни Аспекти На Жилищната Политика В България

Abstract

Жилищната политика е във фокуса на вниманието на широк кръг от специалисти и компетентни органи и институции в България през целия период на прехода от централизирана към пазарна икономика и в хода на присъединяването на страната към Европейския съюз. Към настоящия момент тази проблематика придобива особена актуалност и се поставя на дневен ред нейната практическа реализация. Поради това, в настоящата статия е изяснена съвременната роля и значението на жилищната политика, изследвани са факторите, оказващи влияние върху нейното развитие, представено е настоящото й състояние в България – в сравнение с някои страни от Европейския съюз, като въз основа на това са направени изводи и обобщения за основните перспективи пред нейното развитие.
