Abstract

Настоящата разработка има за цел да разгледа и анализира основните теоретични постановки с висока степен на влияние върху етичното функциониране на организациите от публичния сектор. В нея са представени и основните етични понятия, дефиниран е и приложим към сектора понятиен апарат. Чрез методите на сравнителния анализ са анализирани и критично представени включените елементи в съществуващите модели на етичната инфраструктура. Повдигнати са дискусионни въпроси във връзка с изграждането на етична инф-раструктура в организациите от публичния сектор.
