Abstract

В статията се разглеждат въпроси, свързани с организацията на Мобилен център за управление на извънредни ситуации в Република Молдова. Посочени са основните отговорности на Ситуационния център, както и особеностите при проектирането на организационната структура за оперативна съвместимост на информацията при работата на служителите в центъра, състава на подсистемите, които трябва да функционират към него, както и насоките за повишаване на неговата ефективност.
