Abstract

Настоящата студия изследва основните фискални предизвикателствата, пред които са изправени настоящите и бъдещите страни‒членки на еврозоната. Значимостта на разработката се основава на факта, че проследяването на мащабите и бъдещите тенденции на основни макроикономически показателите имат превантивно действие за запазване стабилността на еврозоната. Изследването защитава тезата, че за предотвратяване на потенциални нарушения във финансовата стабилност на еврозоната в условията на икономическа несигурност важно значение пред всяка държава‒членка или кандидатка за еврозоната има мониторингът на показатели, взаимодействащи с паричната, фискалната, финансовата и икономическата стабилност като цяло, в лицето на макроикономическите дисбаланси. Въз основа на това изследването си поставя за цел да покаже проблемните области в макроикономическото и бюджетното поведение на държавите в еврозоната и това на България като страна с амбиции за присъединяване към икономическия и паричен съюз. В резултат на извършения анализ става ясно, че присъединяването на България в еврозоната би създало риск за страната по отношение на ключови показатели като: реален ефективен валутен курс, дефлираните цени на жилищата и салдото по текущата сметка.
