Abstract

В статията се разглеждат въпросите, свързани с трансформацията на управлението на ИТ обслужването към модел на управление на услуги. Представенo е научно изследване на съвременното състояние на ИТ сървис мениджмънта (ИТСМ). Анализирани са основните проблеми пред внедряването, използването и развитието на ИТСМ, като са предложени начини за тяхното преодоляване.
