Апробиране На Модел За Управление Риска На Франчайзодателя На База Количествен Подход

Abstract

Изследователското внимание в настоящата студия се насочва към управлението на риска в бизнес дейността на франчайзодателя. Основна цел на научната разработка е върху базата на теоретична интерпретация на риска и детерминиране на конкретните рискове за франчайзодателя да се адаптира модел за управлението им. Разработването на методологията за осъществяване на емпиричното изследване се основава на количествен подход за оценка на риска на примера на световно известната франчайзингова компания “McDonald’s”. Чрез регресионен анализ се потвърждава значимостта на приложените рискови фактори, което допринася за апробиране на ефективен модел за мениджмънт на риска.
