Abstract

Настоящата статията е обзорна по своя характер и цели да представи състоянието и тенденциите по отношение на видовете и групите данъчнозадължени лица съобразно различните подходи за изследване на данъчното несъответствие. Чрез метод, стъпващ на систематичен подход, е направен анализ на видовете данъкоплатци (задължени лица) – като вид и като поведение, целящ да представи както особеностите на всяка една от обособените групи, така и склонността към неплащане или укриване на данъци. Направено е и изследване под формата на систематизиране на предимствата и недостатъците относно подхода за определяне на данъчното несъответствие, базиран на видовете данъкоплатци.
