Abstract

This article revisits the Cold War dynamics in Europe, focusing on the 1963 settlement and its aftermath. It analyzes diplomatic strategies, economic alignments, and the evolution of East-West relations. The study offers a reinterpretation of Cold War phases through a European lens.
