Propuesta de plan estratégico basado en habilidades blandas para fortalecer el desempeño docente en educación inicial

Abstract

Las habilidades blandas —comunicación, trabajo en equipo, adaptabilidad, liderazgo e inteligencia emocional— constituyen un conjunto de competencias esenciales para fortalecer el clima escolar y el desempeño docente en educación inicial. Este artículo presenta una propuesta de plan estratégico orientada a desarrollar habilidades blandas en docentes del nivel inicial, con el propósito de favorecer prácticas pedagógicas más colaborativas, motivadoras y coherentes con los desafíos actuales del sistema educativo. La propuesta se construye desde una revisión y síntesis teórica sobre habilidades blandas, desempeño docente y gestión educativa, y se organiza en fases operativas: diagnóstico orientativo, diseño formativo, implementación, seguimiento y evaluación mediante indicadores. Se espera que el plan sirva como guía práctica para equipos directivos y docentes que requieran fortalecer la convivencia, la comunicación asertiva y la gestión emocional en la dinámica institucional, favoreciendo la calidad de la enseñanza y el bienestar escolar.
