Abstract

Educational administration is facing a transformation driven by collaborative technologies with artificial intelligence (AI) and web platforms. This article analyzes the state of the art regarding intelligent administrative tools applied in educational environments, with the aim of identifying their computational characteristics, validation models, and operational effects. A literature review was used, based exclusively on references provided by the requester, focusing on implementation cases, performance metrics, and practical recommendations. The results show that intelligent platforms—including dashboards, knowledge management systems, and conversational agents—improve efficiency, interoperability, and scalability in educational administrative processes. Computational approaches such as data mining, deep learning, natural language processing, and augmented generation retrieval (AGR) were identified, as well as technical and operational validation frameworks with key performance indicators. It is concluded that these tools, when supported by robust technical structures and a conducive organizational culture, can generate tangible benefits in institutional management. However, ethical, usability, and sustainability criteria are required to guarantee effective and equitable implementation.
