Challenges and perspectives of educational systems in latin america: A comparative analysis

The essay analyzes the current trends and challenges of educational systems in Latin America, with a focus on Colombia. The main objective is to identify the most significant issues affecting education, such as social and economic inequality, limited access to quality education, and the influence of capitalism and globalization in the homogenization of ideas. Throughout the text, the challenges faced by Latin American countries in improving access and educational quality, particularly in vulnerable populations, are discussed. The inequalities in secondary and higher education are highlighted, where low-income students have fewer opportunities.
