Abstract

La importancia atribuida al emprendimiento para el desarrollo econ—mico de los pa’ses ha despertado interŽs en los formuladores de pol’ticas socio econ—micas e investigadores. Desde el punto de vista acadŽmico se trata de dar respuesta a quŽ factores motivan e influyen en la actividad emprendedora, siendo la intenci—n, un elemento clave para la comprensi—n del proceso de creaci—n de nuevas empresas. Por tal motivo, el objetivo de este estudio es analizar la influencia de la educaci—n empresarial y la experiencia laboral en la formaci—n de la intenci—n emprendedora de estudiantes universitarios. Se plantea un modelo de intenci—n empresarial a partir de la teor’a de la conducta planificada. Los resultados indican una influencia significativa de las capacidades empresariales percibidas sobre la intenci—n emprendedora a travŽs de la actitud hacia la conducta, la norma subjetiva y el control percibido; los conocimientos sobre emprendimiento influyen indirectamente a travŽs del control percibido. La experiencia laboral influye positivamente en las capacidades empresariales percibidas y la educaci—n en emprendimiento.
