An‡lisis factorial del componente de gesti—n del nuevo ’ndice de medici—n municipal en Colombia

Abstract

La planeaci—n es un proceso estratŽgico para la consecuci—n de resultados al interior de las instituciones, en la direcci—n pœblica las entidades territoriales tienen el derecho y la obligaci—n de organizar y desarrollar una serie de estrategias que les permitan alcanzar mayores niveles de calidad de vida para sus comunidades. Con base en un estudio cuantitativo se desarrolla un dise–o de experimentos con cuatro factores que miden el componente de la gesti—n realizada en 1121 municipios del pa’s en el 2017; entendiendo las oportunidades y orientaciones que requieren los Alcaldes para mejorar el êndice de Desempe–o Municipal. La informaci—n utilizada es fuente del DANE ÒDepartamento Nacional de Planeaci—nÓ y fundamentado en el estudio multivariado concluye que las alcald’as requieren trabajar principalmente en ejecutar recursos, en el ordenamiento territorial y en el gobierno abierto y transparente.
