Abstract

El presente trabajo es resultado de la aplicación de la metodología de investigación científica a fin de mostrar la realidad de las empresas de taxis en la ciudad de Cuenca, y su injerencia en los procesos administrativos tanto en cooperativas como compañías. A partir de este insumo fundamental se plantea un modelo de gestión que permita una sencilla implementación y seguimiento a partir del mediano plazo.
