人工智慧技術推廣中的教師接受度與教學適應性研究

Abstract

人工智慧技術快速發展,在教育中的應用不斷加深,對課堂教學形式和教師專業實踐產生明顯影響。在這一背景下,教師是人工智慧技術進入教學實踐的關鍵主體,教師的接受度和教學適應性直接關係到技術應用的實際效果和長期使用情況。本文以人工智慧技術推廣中的教師教學實踐為研究對象,對人工智慧在教育中的應用背景進行系統梳理,明確教師接受度和教學適應性的基本內涵,並從認知、情感和行為三個層面對教師接受度的具體表現進行分析。 在此基礎上,結合國際調查資料和國內相關研究成果,本文分析教師接受度對教學適應性的作用方式,以及教學適應性對人工智慧技術應用效果的影響。研究結果表明,教師對人工智慧技術的認知理解和情感態度,是其形成教學適應性的必要條件。教師在教學中形成的適應經驗,又會通過實際教學效果不斷提升其對技術的認可程度。兩者在教學實踐中相互作用,推動人工智慧技術由外在引入轉向課堂中的穩定運用。 研究還發現,不同地區和不同學科教師在接受度和教學適應性方面存在明顯差異,技術應用效果受到教育條件和學科特點的影響較為明顯。基於上述分析,本文從政策引導、技術培訓、學校支持和教學環境建設等方面提出改進建議,為人工智慧技術在教育教學中的應用提供參考依據。
