家長群在家校協同中的角色變化與治理邏輯轉向分析

Abstract

隨著數位通訊技術的快速發展,微信家長群已成為家庭與學校之間日常溝通的重要平臺,也逐漸演化為家校協同治理的新興場域。本文通過對家長群中家長角色的動態變化進行分析,指出其從“資訊傳遞者”向“協作夥伴”乃至“治理參與者”的躍遷趨勢,並進一步揭示家校關係治理邏輯從“自上而下”向“多元協同”的演變路徑。在此基礎上,文章結合實證資料與案例,梳理出驅動轉向的三大核心機制:數字平臺的高頻互動性、教育焦慮的參與動因、政策制度的治理引導。提出了協同治理落地的四條實踐路徑,包括平臺規範、機制回饋、技術嵌入與文化建構。研究認為,家長群作為微觀治理單元,其本質是教育現代化語境下教育主體結構重組與文化認知重塑的過程,未來應推動更為系統化、智慧化與民主化的家校共治機制。
