外來子女學校生活中的“隱性排斥”問題研究—以深圳寶安區為樣本

Abstract

在城市化進程不斷加快的大背景下,外來務工人員子女教育問題逐漸成為社會關注的焦點。尤其是在深圳這樣的大型移民城市中,如何保障流動兒童在公共教育體系中的平等權利,已不再只是“入學”的問題,更是“如何在校內被接納”的治理挑戰。本文以深圳寶安區為研究區域,圍繞外來子女在學校日常生活中遭遇的“隱性排斥”問題展開實證研究。基於半結構式訪談、非參與觀察與政策文本分析等多來源資料,發現外來子女在課程參與、空間使用、師生互動與同伴交往中普遍面臨文化隔離、情感忽視與制度不友好等非顯性障礙。 研究進一步分析了隱性排斥的制度生成機制,指出當前教育制度與城市治理邏輯、校園主流文化機制以及家庭社會資本結構三者之間的交互共謀,共同構成了這一現象的深層基礎。在回應機制方面,研究發現部分學校與教師雖嘗試推行融合教育策略,但受制於制度激勵缺位與資源壓力,難以形成可持續、可複製的治理範式。 基於上述發現,本文提出多維度對策建議:包括從制度層面推動資源均衡與入學平權,從學校層面加強教師包容性能力建設與課程文化調整,從社區層面建構社會化教育支持體系。理論上,本文將教育社會排斥理論與文化資本再生產理論相結合,拓展了城市教育不平等研究的分析維度;實踐上,為城市融合型治理與教育公共政策設計提供了經驗支援與路徑參考。
