Abstract

This article aims to show the relationship between the method of resolving conflicts in the company and employees integration. Selection methods of conflict resolution has a significant impact on employee integration process. Choosing traditional methods of conflict resolution must reckon with the fact that their consequence is the disintegration of the staff, because they assumed that the consequence of the dispute is the profit of one party over another party. In most cases, modern methods of conflict management suggests that conflicts do not have to bear the losses of one party. A well-managed conflict will trigger a sense of convergence of action and will allow all parties involved to achieve benefits, which will stimulate the integration of employees.
