Género y negociación: la mujer en un proceso de paz incluyente

Abstract

El artículo busca exponer las implicaciones de la participación femenina en los procesos de paz que intentaron garantizar la inclusión de temas fundamentales, normalmente discriminados por las posturas radicales, como el enfoque realista. Para ello, el documento se subdivide en tres segmentos esenciales y aborda temas normativos, políticos y prácticos. Tal es el caso de la presencia de mujeres en la mesa de diálogo en diversos procesos de paz. Se toman como casos de estudio Filipinas, Irlanda del Norte y Colombia, concluyendo en la frecuente discriminación de género que se realiza en la fase de negociación a diferencia de otras etapas de los procesos
