Abstract

La economía mundial tiende a reactivarse; empezando por la economía de los EEUU, que le sirve de locomotora, todas las economías, tanto aquellas desarrolladas como las “emergentes” muestran un mayor ritmo de crecimiento y sus proyecciones son optimistas. China e India se destacan, tanto por el tamano de sus economías como por el mayor dinamismo de estas. China ha venido creciendo a tasas superiores al 9%, se ha convertido en el mayor receptor de inversiones y ha devenido en una gran potencia industrial y comercial. Naturalmente, este mayor crecimiento de dichas economías se ha traducido en una demanda inusitada por materias primas (acero, petróleo, carbón, etc), lo cual ha repercutido en un alza repentina de los precios de estas.
