Informalidad, tendencia del mercado laboral que afecta en mayor grado a la población femenina

Abstract

El contenido de este trabajo aborda un fenómeno muy importante dentro del análisis del mercado laboral, la Informalidad, el cual se presenta en gran medida en países como Colombia. El análisis se centra en la participación tanto de hombres como de mujeres dentro del sector informal, es decir, informalidad por género, encontrando que las mujeres son quienes más se emplean en este sector. Además, el trabajo introduce un fenómeno novedoso, propio del nuevo modelo de acumulación que repercute en la situación de la clase trabajadora, sus condiciones de contratación y empleo… Este hecho, hace referencia a la nueva tendencia que va del paso de un modelo Fordista a un modelo de Flexibilización Laboral y Outsorcing, a partir del cual planteamos una serie de recomendaciones que deberían tenerse en cuenta al momento de medir la informalidad, más aún dentro del modelo globalizante en el que nos encontramos inmersos.
