Análisis de las expectativas de los egresados frente a un modelo de responsabilidad social universitaria

Abstract

Este artículo analiza las expectativas de los egresados frente a un modelo de responsabilidad social universitaria (RSU) en la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG). Se parte de una revisión de la literatura para identificar las variables más usuales contempladas en modelos de RSU, y luego se indaga sobre las expectativas frente a un modelo propio a través de la aplicación de una encuesta. Como resultado final se obtiene un análisis factorial de los datos por componentes principales, a partir de lo cual se definen como de gran importancia para los egresados dos de las nueve categorías contempladas, a saber: ética y medio ambiente y sostenibilidad, temas clave que debería incluir, entonces, un modelo de RSU en la institución.
