Desafíos a la formación superior saltena frente al desarrollo local y nacional basado en energías renovables

Abstract

El presente artículo analiza y reflexiona sobre la contribución de la formación de perfiles profesionales egresados del nivel superior universitario y no universitario salteno —técnicos, docentes, formador de formadores e investigadores— al desarrollo local y nacional basado en las energías renovables. Se lleva a cabo una indagación de las carreras del ámbito en cuestión para la provincia de Salta, sus vínculos con instituciones de investigación y desarrollo, y su gravitación en un contexto local y nacional. Se recurre a bases de datos, memorias institucionales, publicaciones y opiniones de funcionarios del Estado. La información se interpela frente al nuevo escenario que las energías renovables tienen en Argentina, incluidos las políticas, los resultados de las rondas de licitaciones 2016 para plantas de potencia eólica, solar y de biomasa, y los nuevos programas gubernamentales.
