Abstract

This article aims to identify how generating corporate value in microenterprises enables their longevity and commercial viability, as reflected in the consolidation of networks with suppliers and customers, as well as the optimization of internal processes. Methodologically, a correlational study with a quantitative analysis was conducted, which allowed for the identification of a modest but existing impact of the relevance of mission and vision statements on the strengthening and creation of corporate value. Similarly, strong relationships with suppliers were found to support brand building in the local market and positively influence market trust and perception. However, this trend is not widespread across the sector, revealing the need for training and the implementation of external incentives to mitigate the risks associated with the limited longevity of microenterprises in Bogota's service sector.
