Abstract

Objetivo: evaluar la costo-efectividad del trasplante alogénico con progenitores hematopoyéticos, comparado con quimioterapia de consolidación, en pacientes menores de edad diagnosticados con Leucemia mieloide aguda (LMA) y estratificados en riego intermedio. Objective: To assess the cost-effectiveness of unrelated and related hematopoietic stem cell transplantations, versus chemotherapy consolidation in pediatric patients with intermediate-risk acute myeloid leukemia.
