Una herramienta para construir mapas de competencias

Abstract

Partiendo de un análisis de lo referido en la literatura científica acerca de los mapas de competencias, se aporta una metodología como herramienta para crear los mapas de competencias; la cual no basa sus mediciones en exámenes o en un análisis del curriculum vitae como tradicionalmente se ha hecho. Centrada en la percepción de las personas que son utilizadas como fuentes de información y esgrimiendo elementos de la Matemática Borrosa, logra determinar una buena aproximación de quién sabe qué y en qué medida lo sabe; además aporta teóricamente una clasificación de las personas según su ubicación en el mapa; éste, así obtenido, posee carácter estratégico
