Análisis de las vacantes para Cali 1994 - 2005

Abstract

Se realiza una descripción detallada de la información consignada en el formato de vacantes (Solicitud de candidatos) registrada en el Servicio Público de Empleo (SPE) SENA regional Valle durante el periodo 1994 al 2005. El análisis cruzado de las variables ahí consignadas indican la segmentación del mercado laboral caleno que generan los demandantes al enfocarse en un rango de edad de los 25 a los 34 anos y en una experiencia de 12 a 14 meses, entre otros requisitos, lo que deja al resto de la población en una situación mas vulnerable al desempleo; complementariamente la mayoría de las vacantes ofrecidas son para ocupar cargos ya existentes y los rangos salariales mayormente se encuentran entre $400.000 y $800.000.
