Economía, desarrollo y derechos humanos en Boyacá, Colombia 1990-2010

Abstract

En las dos últimas décadas, el modelo de economía política neoliberal adoptado en Colombia, ha tenido repercusiones sobre el desarrollo y los derechos económicos, sociales y culturales de los boyacenses. Este problema se estudia desde la relación entre crecimiento económico y desarrollo en Boyacá, se analiza la importancia de los planes de desarrollo y el problema presupuestal del departamento. Por último se describe como el modelo neoliberal no genera sostenibilidad, desarrollo, ni respeto por los derechos de los boyacenses. Se hizo un análisis crítico de fuentes como: entrevistas, informes estadísticos de instituciones gubernamentales y no gubernamentales, artículos de periódicos y revistas, libros, capítulos, documentos y bases de datos bibliográficas en internet.
