La productividad y competitividad de la industria de confecciones infantiles de Bucaramanga, en la dinámica de la gestión estratégica

Abstract

Este documento contiene los resultados de una investigación realizada en 52 empresas de la industria de confecciones infantiles de Bucaramanga, en el ano 2010. El estudio abordó variables relacionadas con la gestión administrativa, los modos de producción y estructura de costos en función de los factores productivos y competitivos. La información obtenida permitió identificar la dinámica de estas organizaciones y al mismo tiempo definió las bases para establecer opciones estratégicas orientadas a mejorar la productividad y competitividad, las cuales se relacionan con los modos de producción, sistemas de costos, plataforma tecnológica y estructuras administrativas. Abstract This document is a summary of an investigation initiated by a study made in 52 companies of children’s clothing industry in Bucaramanga, in the year 2010. The study observed many variables relating to administrative actions, method of production, cost structure and functions of productive and competitive factors. The information obtained permitted the identification of the dynamics of these organizations and at the same time defined the bases for the establishment of strategic options oriented to the betterment of productivity and competition. These are related to the types of production, systems cost, technological platforms and administrative structure.
