Abstract

El presente trabajo muestra cómo las tres empresas más representativas delsector metalúrgico semi-integrado de Boyacá se han visto abocadas a explorarpermanentemente los avances tecnológicos que se originan en el mercadomundial del acero, así como las estrategias empresariales para lograrinnovaciones importantes en el proceso que representen ventajascompetitivas en la producción para mejorar calidad y disminuir costos,logrando ser competitivas y mantenerse en los mercados nacionales einternacionales.ABSTRACT:This paper shows how the three most important metallurgical factories inBoyaca have seen called to explore the technological advances came fromsteel global market and the management strategies in order to achieveinnovations. These changes must be competitive benefits in the productionto improve quality and to reduce costs for keeping them inside theinternational and national markets.
