Abstract

Based on an examination of asymmetric markets information, the author presents someideas about international capital flow among countries, and their influence on theweakest economies of the world. The main point of the article is to show that when theexternal debt increases in terms of bonds and commercial papers in the internationalcapital market, the control over the business transaction decreases, giving rise to aneffect of institutional indetermination.Since the international capital movements are regulated by an impure competition, theexternal debt is not easily controlled by the debtor nations but it does influence ontheir macroeconomic variables.
