Abstract

La gestión humana está trascendiendo su papel instrumental para convertirseen apoyo para la competitividad de las organizaciones y uno de los aspectosen que tiene que apoyar a la empresa es en el cumplimiento de su responsabilidadsocial. La presente investigación apunta a encontrar esa relacióndesde la perspectiva teórica y a contrastarla en un conjunto de empresascolombianas. Para esto, se realizó una triangulación de métodos cuantitativosy cualitativos con el objetivo de recolectar la información y luego se analizó la validez y confiabilidad de la misma. A continuación, se llevó a cabo un análisis que incluyó técnicas de clúster y técnicas descriptivas y cualitativas,como el análisis de discurso.
