Los Institutos De Administración Pública En Espana: Programas De Formación Para El Personal Al Servicio De La Administración

Abstract

La administración pública siempre ha mostrado cierta preocupación por laformación de sus empleados. Por eso a lo largo de este artículo se han analizadolos planes de formación que en el 2004 llevaron a cabo cinco Institutos deAdministración Pública espanoles, aunque únicamente se ha hecho referenciaa cinco variables: las características, la temporalización, los destinatarios, losrequisitos y selección, y las materias de las acciones formativas. Así, utilizandoel programa informático SPSS se cruzarán dichas variables para determinarqué camino está tomando la política formativa de estas instituciones y, portanto, averiguar si ésta guarda algún tipo de relación con un intento de modernizacióny profesionalización, o si bien, por el contrario, se trata de unapolítica programada sin un objetivo claro.
