La Tercerización De Funciones En La División El Teniente De Codelco Chile

Abstract

El propósito primordial de este trabajo es conocer la visión de los administradoresde contratos respecto a cómo se lleva a cabo la administración yseguimiento de los contratos suscritos por la División El Teniente de CodelcoChile con empresas externas. Por medio de la aplicación de entrevistas y unaencuesta, se pudo constatar que existe un sistema de tercerización compuestopor una gama de normas y procedimientos orientados a regular la etapa decontratación de un bien, obra o servicio, cuyo fin es asegurar el cumplimientode los contratos convenidos con terceros, y el cual presenta algunas deficiencias.Como líneas futuras de investigación se espera poder indagar sobre estamateria en otras empresas que dependen del Estado.
