Abstract

Los cambios continuos en el entorno influencian a las empresas, generandoen ellas necesidades de redefinición y concepción de nuevas estrategias, entreellas el manejo de la información y el conocimiento. Para sustentar estehecho, el caso centra su análisis en el sector de servicios temporales, reconociendoen estas empresas la flexibilidad de adaptación dada su naturaleza dealiadas estratégicas con sus clientes. Este estudio permite concluir que es eltalento humano, y más aún el capital intelectual, es un factor sobresaliente ydeterminante en el logro de objetivos que evidencia diferenciales en calidad,efectividad, servicio y posicionamiento. Las organizaciones deben enfocarsehacia la gestión del conocimiento, hacia el imperativo de manejar la informacióncomo un verdadero activo en las empresas.
