La globalización posible: límites y alternativas

Abstract

En este artículo se analiza el concepto de globalización desde diferentes puntosde vista, su evolución, su soporte ideológico, sus límites y alternativas posibles.La investigación se basa en una revisión documental de los principales autoresque han escrito sobre el tema. Se concluye que mientras persista el actual patrónde acumulación capitalista, sustentado en el carácter parasitario de la misma, elproceso de globalización no podrá desplegar todo su potencial positivo, sino quecontribuirá a profundizar la brecha que separa a la mayoría de los países de unpunado de potencias en lo económico, lo científico, lo tecnológico, lo político y lomilitar. Todo esto hace de la globalización un proceso incompleto y asimétrico.
