Un estudio sobre la estructura organizativa y de recursos humanos de las cooperativas de crédito
This work is centred in the realization of a business analysis of credit cooperative which objective is to determinate what is the organizative conduct that they are actually developing. Whith this object an empirical study about credit cooperative from Comunidad Valenciana is realizated, it consist on the identification, by the realization of a questionnaire, of the differents aspects that characterize the organizative and humans resources structure (organization chart, extern consulting, strategic planning, training and labour and wages conditions) of this entities.
