Nivel De Integración De Las Tics En Las Mipymes, Un Análisis Cualitativo

Abstract

Las tecnologías de información se han convertido en un elemento básico para la competitividad de las empresas. Sin embargo, en las condiciones actuales el acceso a dichas tecnologías no ha podido generalizarse a las micros y pequeñas empresas. Aún más, cuando las TICs llegan a las empresas generalmente presentan niveles de obsolescencia y subutilización. Este artículo presenta un análisis de la concepción de un conjunto de expertos en el área, tratando de encontrar cuál es la situación actual en el uso de las tecnologías de información, qué tipo acciones se están realizando por parte del gobierno, y cuál es el futuro al respecto.
