La computación inteligente en la toma de decisiones para el cambio organizacional de las Micro, Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas

Abstract

La Ciencia y la Tecnología se han convertido en factores indiscutibles del desarrollo organizacional, es por ello que en México se perfilan cada vez más las empresas del conocimiento y de la información, donde los factores claves de su éxito son el capital humano (y por tanto, su formación continua), la capacidad de producir y adaptar tecnologías para la obtención de productos competitivos y novedosos, así como la organización flexible y plana. Para lograr ese grado de desarrollo, las empresas necesitan de ayuda externa a través de la consultoría, que les facilite cambiar de forma ordenada. En este artículo, se describe un modelo para la toma de decisiones en el proceso de consultoría organizacional, basado en la lógica difusa como herramienta para dar soporte a la estrategia que buscará el desarrollo de la Micro, Pequeña y Mediana Empresa, y que pueda ser aplicada por profesores y alumnos de los Centros de Educación Superior.
