Europäischer Bau wächst 2026 um 2 %: Ausgewählte Ergebnisse der EUROCONSTRUCT-Sommerkonferenz 2026

Abstract

Der europäische Bausektor bleibt – ungeachtet des Irankriegs – auf seinem bisherigen Kurs. In den drei Jahren bis 2028 dürften die Bauleistungen jährlich um jeweils rund 2 % zunehmen. Für das laufende Jahr schraubten die Experten des EUROCONSTRUCT-Netzwerks* ihre Erwartungen lediglich für den Hochbaubereich zurück, während die Tiefbauprognose bestätigt wurde. Insgesamt beträgt die Abwärtskorrektur für 2026 weniger als einen halben Prozentpunkt. Mittelfristig wird sich das Wachstumstempo im Tiefbausektor mehr als halbieren. Im wertmäßig doppelt so großen Wohnungsbau steigen die Wachstumsraten bis 2028 hingegen moderat an. Das von der allgemeinen Konjunkturentwicklung am stärksten abhängige Teilsegment, der Nichtwohnhochbau, erfährt 2027 eine vorübergehende Beschleunigung. Für das laufende Jahr liegt das inzwischen erwartete Plus bei nur noch 1,3 %.
