Abstract

Die Gesundheitsversorgung bildet eine unverzichtbare Säule des Sozialstaats. Das Leistungsversprechen des deutschen Gesundheitssystems ist ein wichtiger Faktor für den gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt und das Vertrauen in den Staat. Es zu unseren wichtigsten gemeinsamen Verpflichtungen, Voraussetzungen dafür zu schaffen, dass das Gesundheitssystem zukunftsfähig ist und bleibt. Es bedarf einer grundlegenden Modernisierung und Erneuerung.
