Branchen im Fokus: Straßenbau

Abstract

Der Straßenbau wird im Rahmen der ifo Konjunkturumfragen als einziges Tiefbausegment gesondert erfasst. Der preisbereinigte Branchenumsatz, der überwiegend von Großfirmen herrührt, ist seit 2020 erheblich gesunken. Der Auftragsbestand, wie er vom ifo Institut und Statistischen Bundesamt erhoben wird, zeichnet daher vermutlich ein zu positives Bild der aktuellen Situation. Der kurzfristige Marktausblick bleibt trübe, weil die öffentliche Finanzierung stockt. Derweil führt der Irankrieg wieder zu stärker steigenden Baupreisen.
