Europäische Bauwirtschaft schaltet 2026 zwei Gänge höher: Ausgewählte Ergebnisse der EUROCONSTRUCT-Winterkonferenz 2025

Abstract

Im vergangenen Jahr ist das Bauvolumen der 19 EUROCONSTRUCT-Länder* mit 0,3% kaum gewachsen. Durch die für 2026 vorhersagte kräftige Belebung um 2,4% schaltet der Bausektor sozusagen aus dem „Leerlauf“ direkt in den über¬nächsten Gang und bleibt bis 2028 ungefähr bei dieser Geschwindigkeit. Auch wenn das Tempo im Laufe des Prognosezeitraums etwas nachlassen wird, steht am Ende ein durchschnittliches jährliches Wachstum von mehr als 2% und ein Gesamtanstieg der Bauleistung um 6,7% innerhalb von drei Jahren. Der Woh¬nungsbau und der Tiefbau dürften sogar jeweils um rund 7,5% zulegen, der Nichtwohnhochbau dagegen lediglich um 4,7%. Neben dem Investitionsbedarf im Wohn- und Infrastrukturbereich spielt vor allem das wieder kräftigere Wirtschafts¬wachstum von fast 1½% eine wichtige Rolle.
