Wie Wohnen kostengünstiger und ökologischer wird – Stand und Empfehlungen

Abstract

Der Beitrag geht auf wesentliche Gründe des Baukostenanstiegs und der Wohnraumknappheit ein, ordnet aktuelle Maßnahmen der Bundesregierung gegen Wohnraumknappheit (Bau-Turbo) ein und zeigt mögliche Handlungsoptionen auf, wie der Wohnungsbau kostengünstiger, ressourcenschonender und klimagerechter werden kann. Adressiert werden dabei unterschiedliche Handlungsebenen und Verantwortlichkeiten: Gesetzgebung, kommunales Management, Bautechnik und Standards sowie Potenziale im Bestand für einen bezahlbaren und klimaeffizienten Wohnungsbau.
